Let’s take a look at the Queensland Health System (QHS) which provides public healthcare services to Australia's Queensland province. The heroic payroll failure impacted over 65,000 workers in 16 hospitals and saw its cost explode, being multiplied 174 times from 6.9 Million AUD to 1.2 Billion AUD.
